About Us

My husband and I returned from a weeks holiday in this hotel on 2nd June 2008. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient. We checked in at 3.00am quickly and politely by the night staff, our room was great…
… The food was excellent, plenty of alternatives for vegetarians and vegans…
All in all an excellent holiday

…remember walking into the lobby on arrival and being shocked that we had actually found a decent place to stay!
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, as soon as we left our rooms, the cleaners were in there and out again by the time we had finished breakfast! they changed the bedding every day and we always came back to our rooms to find they had made shapes with our towels! i.e hearts, swans etc. I thought that was lovely and we even took pictures of them to bring back with us!
There was a lovely spa which my partner and I had a very relaxing massage in.

All in all, the hotel overall was brilliant, the only disappointing things were, you had to pay for the sun beds…
…the cleaning service was great they came into change your towels every day and you’re bedding every 3 or 4 days.
The pool area and the pool was a fair size, for the size of the hotel I thought the area could of been slightly bigger, but the pool was the perfect size.
The bar was open 24 hours and you could get food till 2.30am in the morning. We were only bed and breakfast but and the food then was fine.
There was plenty of bars and pubs to go to and the food everywhere was very nice, you were never stuck for choice I loved every meal I had.
Can’t wait to go back soon, hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.

Just returned from 2 weeks in Bulgaria staying at this Hotel. Hotel is small (12 rooms) and very well run. Breakfast was fine and typical continental. Rooms are clean and well equipped and staff are very friendly. Had a great holiday and definitely will do it again.

Just spent my first ever week skiing in Borovets with my husband, staying at the Hotel Victoria, and had a fantastic time all round.

We chose the hotel based on price (cheap - even in half term) and a mention that they cater for vegetarians. The hotel was clean, warm, cosy, and friendly. We had a corner room with balcony. The soundproofing could be an issue in a more central room; we sometimes heard other people returning home in the early hours, but not a major problem. The ensuite was a shower wetroom which was modern, clean and fully functional, with plenty of hot water. Take a plug for the basin if you want one, as it seems they're often not fitted. Rooms were made up daily (even when not vacated till nearly midday), towels changed a couple of times, (more than adequate) and there was plenty of storage space.

Have just returned from a week at the hotel Victoria in Borovets.
The hotel, an Austrian chalet type building, is a small 14 roomed hotel, situated about a ten minute walk from the resort centre, in a pine forest.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very good, basic, but clean with plenty of cupboard space and a fridge filled with drinks and chocolate etc.
The rooms were cleaned six days a week and towels changed 7 days a week, there was always hot running water and the hotel was very warm, so much so, we had to sleep with the window open.
